Name a counter/check to the previous Pokemon

So, what is the purpose of this game? You will name a Pokemon that can beat the previous one.

A poster names Pokemon x, then the next one names a pokemon y that can beat it(please give a moveset, too. No EVs/abilities/stuff though). You will have to specify if it is a counter or a check (for example, Scizor is a counter to Alakazam, but Roserade is NOT a counter to Quagsire).

Do not forget: The definition of a counter is a Pokemon who can reliably take all of its attacks and can beat it easily.

The first pokemon: Toxicroak

It's not a rip off, it's more competitively-like.

You actually need to think long and hard before giving a counter.

And no, Golem is not a counter(since when can it take 2 Close Combats?)
